>> a description of your work & a link to your online portfolio.  If you are not online, please send your portfolio/press materials (mailing address upon request).  You can also attach jpgs or pdfs in an email
(please no more than 4 (compressed) images or 3 mp3s, and
videos must be linked, not attached.  Thank you.
